Do I need a credit card to start?
Yes. You add a card at sign-up so there is nothing to do when the trial ends, but you are not charged for 7 days and you can cancel in one click before then.
Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
How does the Voice Agent work, and what counts as a "minute"?
The Voice Agent answers inbound calls when you are busy. It asks the caller a short set of questions — postcodes, bedrooms, move date, name, phone — in a natural-sounding voice, then creates a lead and quote in your CRM. Each minute of call time counts against your monthly allowance. Starter includes 100 minutes, Growth includes 400 minutes. Solo does not include the Voice Agent.
What are AI top-up packs?
Each plan includes a monthly AI allowance for quotes, scans, chatbot messages and voice minutes. If you reach your limit in a busy month you can buy a one-time top-up pack from the billing page — no plan upgrade needed. Packs start from £7.
Is MoveFlow only for removal companies?
Currently yes. Every feature is built specifically for UK removal businesses — man-and-van operators, full-service movers and specialist removal companies.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your plan starts and your card is charged for the first month. If you cancel before day 7 you are never charged, and nothing is deleted.
Is my data secure?
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and processed in accordance with UK GDPR. Your customers' data is never used to train AI models, and we never share your data with third parties.
